          On-The-Wave

     License terms of use:

 

  • The Licensee is entitled to an amount of 50,000 audio streams on

all streaming platforms such as Spotify. Licensee shall have the

worldwide, non-exclusive right to sell up to 2,000 units,

broadcast on the radio up to 2 different times, and earn up to

$2,000 performing publicly the song they create with the

Cwp-Inc. Instrumental Licensee may also use the song they create

with the Cwp-Inc. Instrumental “____________”

in any non-profit projects.The instrumental “____________” must be

combined with other audio (with lyrics) and not be just the

instrumental alone.

 

  • Licensee shall have the worldwide, non-exclusive right to

synchronize the Cwp-Inc.Instrumental “____________” with visual media

(movies, TV, videos, video games, websites)

in up to 2 different for-profit projects.

Licensee may also synchronize the Cwp-Inc.Instrumental

“_____________”

with an unlimited number of YouTube videos.

 

  • Royalties will be Split (Licensee 50%/ Licensor 50%)

 

  • Songwriter keeps 100% writers share.

 

  • Publishing will be split 50-50 

 

  • In all Projects in which the Cwp-Inc.Instrumental “___________” is used, Licensee shall

give credit in substantially one of the following formats:

"Produced by Cwavey"

"Beat by Cwp-Inc."

"Original Music by Cwavey"

 

  • This License is granted for the length of the copyright term

(the author's life, plus an additional 70 years after the author's

death).

 

  • Licensor does not grant the rights to licensee

to alter, mix and or edit the instrumental in any shape

or form.

 

  • Licensor will retain exclusive rights to the instrumental

“___________” and may sell to other cilents,

Licensee original purchased license will still be in effect in the

likely case the exclusive rights was purchased by another cilent.
